in the Falcon Athletic Center. The office is open weekdays from 9 a.m. until

The AFA Athletics Ticket Office is located in the Falcon Athletic Center.
This building sits between the Cadet Field House and the Cadet Gym. As you
enter the building the Athletic Hall of Excellence display area is on your
left. Proceed to the hallway and the main ticket window is on the right. The
AFA Athletics Ticket Office handles ticketing for all AFA athletics events
and is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. | Map

Print At Home Tickets
Purchase your tickets online and you can print your tickets immediately after
you purchase them. Just select 'Print at Home' as your delivery option and
your tickets will be e-mailed to you after you have completed your purchase.

Will Call
Tickets are available for pick up at the Athletics Ticket Office Monday through
Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Pick up tickets you have ordered on the Internet or
over the phone as early as the next business afternoon following the date
of purchase. Tickets ordered eleven (11) days or more prior to an event are
mailed, or kept in will call if specified by the ticket holder. Tickets ordered
ten (10) days or less prior to an event are placed in Will Call. Tickets may
be picked up at the Athletics Ticket Office on or before game day. Please
allow one business day for processing. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets
in Will Call. Only the ticket holder may pick up tickets, unless arrangements
are made through the Athletics Ticket Office in advance.
Gameday Will Call - Falcon Stadium
Tickets are available for pick up at the Will Call Booth located on
the east side of the stadium near Gate 2. Will Call will open at least two
(2) hours prior to kickoff.
Gameday Will Call - Cadet Field House (Clune Arena, Cadet Ice
Arena)
Tickets are available for pick up at the Ticket Office located just inside
the main entrance beginning at least 1.5 hours prior to the start of the event
through halftime.
- Will Call for Volleyball will open 1 hour prior to the start of the event
through the first game.
Payment Options
Payment for tickets can be made in cash, by check payable to AFAAA, or charged
to VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. No refunds or exchanges
once an order has been placed. Processing fees are not refunded.
Admission Policy
Ticket holders are restricted to seating in the location that appears on their
ticket and agree to abide by facility and Academy policies, as well as State
and Federal laws. The Air Force Athletic Department reserves the right to
revoke tickets by refund of purchase. Children 2 and under are free to all
Air Force athletic events as long as they sit on someone's lap.
Special Seating Requirements
We do offer ADA seating at our venues. Tickets are sold in pairs in ADA locations,
one (1) for the person in need of assistance and one (1) for a companion.
Seating is limited and it is sold on a first come, first served basis. You
will need to contact our main ticket office in order to purchase these seats. Exchange
tickets for ADA seating, if available, on the day of the game can be handled
through the ticket office at the event.

Priority Points System
All season ticket and special event seating is allocated by the use of our
priority points system. Points are earned based on season ticket purchases
as well as donations to athletic department booster clubs. Click here

Lost Ticket/Reprint Policy
Any tickets that are lost or forgotten and need to be reprinted must be
requested through the Athletic Ticket Office. Only the person whose name is on
the account can request replacement. Ticket holders will be charged
full face value for replacements. The replacement charge will be credited
back if the original unused tickets are provide to the ticket office within
7 days of the event's completion. To make a request or for any
