Advice to young people: Find something you love to do and never let anyone tell you you can't do it.

What I like most about AFA women's soccer is: All the girls on the team. The girls on the team have become part of my family here at the academy. They are always there for me through thick and thin.

Who's had the biggest influence on your sports career and/or life and why: My parents have had the greatest influence on my sports career. My parents are my biggest fan. They have been there for me through the good and bad times in my soccer career and have supported me through it all.

Why is soccer your sport?: Soccer is my sport because it is simply the best team sport out there. The friends you make by playing soccer are friends for life. Also, because soccer is the most popular sport in the world you have something in common with all different kinds of people. There will always be the classic formations and set plays, but there will always be new unique formations. However, the number one reason why soccer is my sport is because in soccer you might have 1 or 2 set plays but the game, is purely based on the team and how well the team can play together at that moment. In a game anything can happen. Soccer is a spontaneous game that allows players to be as creative as possible.

What do you enjoy doing away from soccer?: Snowboarding, eating.

Favorite Athlete and why? David Beckham- he is a man that isn't the most talented soccer player but has been able to use his unique skill to make him an athlete that everyone knows. He has also been able to become a good role model for the young soccer athlete of the world. He is humble and remembers his roots and where he comes from.
