Air Force football game vs. Houston moving to Dallas due to Hurricane Ike

Sept. 10, 2008

The Air Force Academy's football game this Saturday against the University of Houston has been moved to Gerald J. Ford Stadium at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and will start at 2:30 p.m. Central time, according to officials at Houston. The game was originally scheduled Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at John O'Quinn Field at Robertson Stadium in Houston, but alternate plans were made due to Hurricane Ike which is predicted to affect the Houston area this weekend.

The game will still be televised by CBS College Sports (CBS C) and is available on the radio in Colorado Springs on KVOR AM 740 and in Denver and northern Colorado on KYOL AM 1510. You can also listen to the game on goairforcefalcons.com.

Fans that have purchased tickets to the game from the Air Force ticket office will receive a phone call with further information when it becomes available.
