Air Force Men Finish Fifth at NCAA Regional

Backed by a 15th-place individual finish from senior Matt Williams, the Air Force men's cross country team finished fifth at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships on Saturday, Nov. 15, in Fort Collins, Colo. The Air Force cross country team will travel up Interstate-25 to Fort Collins, Colo., for the 2008 NCAA Mountain Region Championships at the Collindale Golf Course on Saturday, Nov. 15. Juli Henner Named Air Force Cross Country Coach

Juli Henner, a member of the 1996 U.S. Olympic Team, was named the head coach of the Air Force cross country team, the athletic department announced today. In addition to her duties with the Falcons' cross country program, Henner will serve as an assistant coach for the Air Force track and field team, working primarily with the Falcons' middle distance and distance runners.
